About 3B
We have been involved with planning, design, setup and provided equipment solutions and support for many large-scale events here in Massachusetts for over 10 years. In 1994 we provided the co-ordination for all two-way communications between the many different local, state, federal agencies along with vendors, press and other commercial agencies, for the 15-day, “World Cup 94” which was held here in Massachusetts.
For five years we were the communications provider for The New England Patriots, National Football League, MLS officials, The New England Revolution as well as communication needs for the management, security and parking staff of then Foxboro Stadium. During this time we provided them with on-site response and repairs for all radio, repeater or accessory problems. As well as the provider for the communications at Foxboro we were also the site co-coordinator for wireless RF at the stadium. At times this could be quite busy with all of the network satellite trucks, press, public safety, NFL and MLS officials along with all of the stadium personnel walking around with two-way radios at the same time.
3B engineered and designed the entire public safety communications system for the new Gillette Stadium that consisted of police, fire and ems repeaters, antennas and the control booth.
We have provided two-way communication needs for Team Harmony and many other worthwhile public events produced by the Rendon Group and others sponsored by the City Of Boston and several other towns.
Since 1994 we have provided communications for the Massachusetts Democratic Committee at conventions here in Boston, Lowell, Worcester, Amherst, and Springfield as well as many of the candidates running for office.
3B has provided communications, including setting up on-site repeaters at locations such as The TD BankNorth Garden, John B. Hynes Auditorium, Bayside Exposition Center, The Worcester Centrum, Boston City Hall and many others.
Our rental fleet consists of 16 channel Motorola radios for which we have lightweight or heavyweight headsets. We can also provide you with 35-watt control bases with antennae for your center of operations. We have repeaters located in Boston, Foxborough and Everett along with two Motorola transportable repeaters for on-site operations. We can provide you with all of your wireless communication needs including Site surveys, RF Design, Engineering, Frequency co-ordination for interaction with other agencies and/or entities and System Integration Solutions. Our field service and support staff is capable of operating independently at any site or venue.
